Have a question?

Here are answers to the most common questions about playing, booking courts, lessons and joining our community.

What is padel?

Padel is a fast growing racket sport that combines elements of tennis and squash. It is played in doubles on an enclosed court using solid rackets and balls similar to tennis balls. The walls are part of the game, which makes rallies longer and more fun for players of all abilities.

Do I need experience to play?

Not at all. Padel is easy to learn and suitable for beginners. Many players try the sport for the first time through our introduction to padel lessons or our six week Learn to Play course.

How do I book a court?

Courts can be booked quickly through our online booking system or app. Simply choose your preferred time, invite friends, or join an existing match.

Do I need my own racket?

No. If you do not have your own equipment, padel rackets and balls can usually be rented at the club, making it easy to try the sport before buying your own gear.

What should I wear to play?

Comfortable sports clothing and trainers are perfect. Court shoes with good grip are recommended because padel involves quick changes of direction.

Do you offer coaching?

Yes. We provide introduction lessons, intermediate coaching sessions and advanced courses, all delivered by experienced coaches to help players improve their game.

What is the six week Learn to Play course?

Our Learn to Play programme is designed for beginners. Over six weeks you will learn the rules, core techniques and tactics of padel while playing with others at a similar level.

Can I meet other players at the club?

Yes. Our Padel² WhatsApp community helps players find partners, organise matches and stay updated with events, leagues and social games.

Do I need four players to book a court?

Padel is usually played in doubles with four players, but if you do not have a full group you can join open matches or social sessions organised through the club.

Is padel good for fitness?

Absolutely. Padel is a fun way to stay active, improving coordination, movement and overall fitness while remaining highly social and enjoyable.

Do you do corporate days?

We do corporate days with different levels of packages. Contact us to find out more.
